Whats the point in spending hours and hours in the gym if your not doing it effectively. I aim to get you more mobile, fitter and stronger which in turn makes you feel and look better. Many people don't squat, lunge, move efficiently, meaning there's no point doing squat after squat if its not done with correct form.
